New Back-Office is Finally here!
Anyone can now log in and start working again! However there are few things to keep in mind!
You can log in with your ID nr or with email, but you need to first reset your password! Just simply click, forgot password and new password will come to your email.
All the things are not finished yet
If You notice that all links are not working or some numbers are not missing, then we already know about it and we will fix all these things during upcoming weeks.
Gift Codes
This is something what the whole world has been waiting for and unfortunately we didn´t have until today.
Users can now generate Gift codes from cash balance or add crypto to make gift codes.
Every gift code can be used to activate package for the client.
To pay with Gift code for the package just enter the code and click Activate! Like in the picture below!
Previous UTED and EUR balances
As You know, old back-office systems were extremely faulty and full of mistakes. We went through all 50 000 accounts and for now all the UTED and EUR balances are corrected.
However there might be something what we missed and in case if your account has some issue, then please just connect our support.
All the OLD commissions what is earned before the shift to new back-office cannot yet be transferred via new system smart contract due the issues of bridging old and new system. This will be also possible in upcoming weeks. The balance can be trasferred between the users or users can generate gift codes out of that balance.
All New Commissions earned AFTER 24 April will have very fast withdrawal after the withdrawal request. It still takes few days as of this stage, but in after few weeks it might be almost instant.
All VP, positions and ranking Remains as it was!
